From steroid scandals, to "Can't we all just get along" fame, several semi-celebrities climbed into the ring at the Sheraton in downtown Springfield Friday night.

Jose Canseco, Rodney King and Pittsfield native Todd Poulton were a few of the fighters on the car as part of the Celebrity Boxing Federation sponsored event.

King fought former basketball player Derek MacIntosh. Canseco was up against local amateur boxer Todd Poulton.

King says he decided to get involved in these exhibitions to make some money, stay in shape and stay sober. He's hoping eventually to get a match with Laurence Powell, one of the police officers involved in his beating.
